I saw that they opened this Brooklyn water bagel when I was out in Port St Lucie today. I usually go to the Brooklyn water bagel in Vero Beach and itβs excellent! My girlfriend who lives out in Port St. Lucie, said that most of her friends in the community had already told her that it wasnβt good, but we went anyway. They were tight. The bagels were hard, like they had been frozen. Iβll stick to the Vero location. Hope you can turn it around.

I showed up with my wife to pick up an order that I placed. When we arrived at the store, the doors were already locked, the store appeared to be completely cleaned and closed, and there were still two employees inside. One employee was using a vacuum while the other was walking around the store. Both employees saw us standing at the door but did not acknowledge us or say anything. I continued knocking on the door while showing them my phone, but neither employee made eye contact with us or made any attempt to assist us. They simply continued working as if we were not there. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was forced to attempt to cancel my order and hope that I receive a refund. Based on what I witnessed, it appeared that the store had closed well before its posted closing time. I strongly encourage management to look into this situation, review what happened, and take the necessary corrective action to ensure this does not happen to other customers. Customers should not arrive during posted business hours only to find the store closed and employees unwilling to acknowledge or assist them.

My favorite bagel place in the area. I love their sourdough everything bagel. Their whitefish salad is super good. I always order online and its always ready when I get there and made exactly how I asked.

Stopped in and had the early bird special for breakfast! Everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese and a hot coffee. Bagel was good but the egg and bacon couldβve used some help! Coffee was good and hot. Glad I stopped in!

After months of waiting, this is what we get? This is not a Brooklyn water bagel. We went on opening day and within three hours. The bagels were hard as rocks that tells me that if they boil the bagels, they're freezing them and then perhaps baking them in a toaster oven at the location. They are not fresh. Don't have to be from New York to know that this is not an official water bagel. The coffee was not good either. I spoke to the manager and told them that I'm very snobby about coffee and I wanted to taste it first they looked at me strangely I went ahead and bought it and regretted it. I'm better off just staying home and doing my own thing. Hate to burst your bubble butt. Port St. Lucie needs to wake up about good food. We also bought a muffin and there was no blueberries in it only two on top nothing and dry as the Mojave desert. I will give it to them that they have a wonderful staff. That's the only thing that's going about this place. They also microwave their eggs, which I understand are powdered eggs. Sad! They also got my order wrong twice on the same order.... won't be returning.
